Throughout the whole process, starting from when I first reached out to the clinic to receiving the hair transplant, Mike was very helpful in explaining the details of the surgery and being available via text to answer any questions. At the end of the consultation, Dr. Welter analyzed my situation and gave me an accurate estimate of what could be done to improve my hairline in a way that would look natural and clearly explained their thought process.

The first time I came in, they advised I wait 6 months before going through with the surgery since I was pretty young. They wanted to make sure they could observe my hair loss before committing to the transplant. (I was taking finasteride and applying minoxidil after my initial hair loss, so when I came for the second consultation, my hairline hadn’t really moved and we proceeded). It’s really clear how much they care about achieving a good long term result for the patient.

On the day of the surgery I was impressed with the quality of care I received from the medical staff. From the moment I walked in to do the surgery, I really appreciated that everyone tried to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I felt prepared by Mike going into the surgery, and I felt like I was in good hands while the surgery was being done by Sofia, Erika, Cassandra, and Dr. Welter. They were very attentive to my experience.

I’m in the recovery process now, and I feel prepared with their post care package and clear written instructions on what to do for each day after the surgery.

The day of the procedure Dr. Welter, Cassandra and the team were meticulous and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. We opted for FUE (3500 grafts). The extraction was nearly painless, and the team was incredibly precise in matching the natural angle and density of my existing hair. The post- op care stood out the most. The team provided a detailed wash instruction kit along with direct contact numbers to reach them over the weekend when I had questions about the healing process.
