Great experience at TJ Hair Clinic in Tijuana for my hair transplant! The staff was fantastic from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. They took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, so I always knew what to expect and never felt rushed or confused.

The whole team made the day genuinely enjoyable too. During the procedure, we all ended up watching the Argentina vs Cape Verde World Cup game together—someone even handed me a phone so I could catch the action since I couldn't see the TV from my chair. It added a fun, relaxed vibe to the appointment without interrupting the procedure at all.

I had been debating on doing a Hair Transplant for a few years. I looked all over the place on the Internet from Turkey to Mexico to here in the United States. I found TJ Hair Clinic through my brother-in-law‘s brother who had gone back in December. He had a great experience and answered all my questions that I had for him about it. Is hair looked great and had nothing but great things to say. I finally decided to take the plunge and go to TJ hair clinic last week. They were amazing from the time they picked me up from the airport to the time they dropped me off in San Diego the next day at my hotel. For the money and cost of the whole trip flying to San Diego it was so much cheaper than flying to Turkey or even doing the Hair Transplant in the United States so to me it was a no-brainer cause they literally use the same techniques and are just as good if not BETTER than Turkey. The other thing that I loved about these guys was that on some of the places I had researched people said it was not the doctor that’s actually doing the procedure. It is the technicians that are helping but at TJ hair clinic the doctor did the entire insert of all the hairs, while the technicians extracted the hairs, but it was the doctor did the rest and I really like that. I would recommend TJ Hair to anyone looking to do this. I’ve already sent links to quite a few friends asking me about it.

This is a first-rate facility—from the moment I arrived until the time I left. I have had FUE treatment in the U.S. before, and the level of care there did not come close to what I experienced today.
It started with Dr. Sergio Ojeda and Dr. Aldo Barba, who immediately put me at ease and administered the medication needed to keep me comfortable. They demonstrated genuine care and professionalism throughout the entire process.
Then Alicia, who is truly the rock star of the facility, took over. She showed me the hair-removal device and handled the follicle extraction with the utmost precision and care. The device was different from what I had experienced before—it had a smaller tip, which I believe will result in much less scarring and faster healing. She was incredible.
We even enjoyed some excellent fajitas before returning to place the follicles. Afterward, they provided additional treatments, including IV therapy, stem cell treatment, and red light therapy.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with this facility and grateful for my decision to give it a try.
