Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Boston

I had an excellent experience at Bosley and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant procedure.

From the moment I arrived, Diane and Jenny made me feel completely at home. They were welcoming, caring, professional, and always made sure I was comfortable throughout the day. Their kindness and attention to detail helped ease any nervousness I had and made the entire experience much more enjoyable.

I would also like to recognize the two lead surgeons chase , dr Tyler west who performed my procedure. They were exceptional at what they do. Before starting, they explained each step of the process and talked me through what was supposed to be the most uncomfortable part of the procedure. Their experience, professionalism, and calm approach helped me stay relaxed throughout the process. Thanks to their skill and guidance, the procedure was virtually painless and went flawlessly.

The entire team treated me with respect and genuine care. I am very grateful for the outstanding service and expertise I received. Thank you to everyone at Bosley for making this such a positive experience.

This was my second procedure. My first was 20 years ago and it was an f u t. This time I had an f u e proceedure, and it could not have been a smoother, more easily, more comfortable experience. I did 1500 graphs, and the entire staff was excellent, including reception sales. Just everybody involved in the process was professional, friendly, and awesome. I would recommend Bosley in Boston to anyone!

Update: My experience was terrific from the moment I walked into the office. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, which immediately set a positive tone. Every person I interacted with projected welcoming, upbeat, and caring energy. The overall atmosphere felt genuinely supportive and professional, and it was clear that patient experience is a real priority throughout the office.

I'll be honest, I was nervous going into this. I'd been losing hair for over a decade and kept putting off doing anything about it. I'm glad I finally made the call to Bosley Boston.

From the start, Shuntay at the front desk made me feel comfortable. She was warm and always remembered who I was when I called with questions. My consultation with Sarah was really helpful, she is an absolute star btw. She took her time, walked me through everything clearly, and answered all my questions without any pressure. It felt like a genuine conversation.

On procedure day, Dr. West had a calm, steady presence that made it easy to trust the process. You can tell he takes his work seriously and cares about the results. Chase, his surgical tech, was right there with him throughout and kept things running smoothly. Diane, my RN, checked on me regularly and made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. She was attentive and genuinely kind.

The graft tech team, Pearl, Josie, and Jenny, deserve a lot of credit. They spent hours carefully processing grafts under microscopes while the procedure was underway. It's precise, detail-oriented work and they clearly take it seriously.

Twelve months out, the results have been really good. I look like myself again. If you've been on the fence, it's worth going in for a consultation. Only regret is wishing I did it years ago.
