I was extremely impressed with this clinic. Dr. Rodriguez, Steve and the rest of the staff were very informative, skilled and professional. It is a boutique experience with great pricing. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to use their services. Just follow their instructional handout and you will be happy with the results. Thanks everyone.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was their client in 2020 and flew to Winnipeg for my hair transplant. After the surgery, they didn’t even provide a shower cap and asked me to buy one myself.
Worst of all, the results were TERRIBLE. NO new hair growth AT ALL — nothing. Guys, please don’t believe their promises. Attached is my contract, surgery photo, and current photo. I know they’re probably going to say, “Oh, that was a long time ago.” But these photos were taken after one year, two years, and three years. The results never improved. If I am in Vancouver, I will ask them to refund

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I paid a $3,000 deposit for a surgery that was postponed multiple times over the course of a year. In the end, the clinic refused to perform the procedure and also refused to refund my deposit. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment here.

This is the first review I’ve written in years…possibly my first ever. With that being said, I think my point has already been made. Success! Skepticism was at it’s peak, but you can’t argue with results. Do I look much better? Why yes, yes I do…

The day of the procedure …The surgical team was extremely good, zero complaints. I enjoyed the conversation/situation.

The results…This is the reason I felt compelled to leave a review. Wow! 5 months and my hair looks insanely good. I was expecting to wait much longer for results, but 5 months and it looks exceptional. $11,500 for my grafts. Money well spent.
