Dr. Hyun Sang-Yun is incredibly professional and experienced, he is able to give explanation in English, and he handled the whole procedure by himself including the extraction and implantation, which impressed me with his great dedication. The whole procedure took around 4 hours and was completely smoothly, after the surgery, I was given detailed instructions and provided excellent post-care support.

The staffs were also very kind and helpful. They communicated with we via WhatsApp and helped me to make planning for the trip. On the surgery day, they also brought in an English translator to ensure a thorough explanation.

I am glad that I chose Woomchan, with their exceptional support, I feel excellent with this Hair Transplant journey.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Hyun Sang-Yun and his team were incredibly professional. Dr. Hyun personally handled the entire process—from designing the new hairline to the actual extraction and transplantation—which gave me a lot of confidence. He took the time to analyze my head shape and hair proportion to make sure the results would look completely natural.

The clinic itself is highly modern, clean, and places a massive emphasis on patient privacy. The speed and efficiency of the team during a session this size was deeply impressive. The extraction phase took just about 2 hours, followed by roughly 2.5 hours for the actual implantation. The medical team and the dedicated follicle separation technicians worked incredibly fast and seamlessly together, ensuring the grafts spent minimal time outside the scalp. Communication was completely smooth, and they checked in on my comfort levels multiple times throughout the day.

The day after the surgery, I went back to the clinic for the post-op check, scalp management, and my first hair shampoo. The recovery has been smooth, and the surgical marks on the donor area are remarkably clean. My initial contact with them was via Watsapp to arrange a consultation in person.
Based in London, I travelled to Seoul for the procedure.
They were very professional and friendly. The surgeon was very honest about the procedure and the scale of transplant sensible to provide a suitable and conservative lasting result.

When I returned for the procedure, a friendly translator was made available. I had a comfortable room with a bed, sofa and wardrobe to rest between consultations and surgeries.
I was asked on multiple occasions to comment on the proposed hairline, and other staff were invited to assess it, which they did very carefully to ensure agreement.
Unlike some other clinics, the surgeon completed all the extraction and implantation from beginning to end. This continuity from consultation to completing the procedure ensured a high quality outcome.

The experience was made as pleasant as possible, by friendly staff, an excellent manager, lead by a very skilled surgeon. The manager and surgeon had a very good level of english was helped put me at ease when it came to explaining things and answering my questions.

After the surgery was I given the aftercare package and information, and reminded that I could simply send a watsapp message if I had any questions.
