Highly exceeded expectations! Theresa Lu and team were all incredible to work with, I can't say enough how satisfied I am with the experience. They all were very patient, friendly, and kind, making sure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. Halfway through the day, they even provided lunch from a nearby restaurant, which was delicious! Before I knew it, things were all wrapped up and recovery has been great, post-op pain was very minimal and manageable and post op instructions were very detailed. Would highly recommend this team to anyone considering FUE!

Best decision I made for my hair! Especially as a Black man

This was my second hair transplant, my first was with another company, and the difference between that experience and Maxim was night and day.

If our textured hair, you already know most clinics try to push you straight into FUT (the strip method) without really considering whether it's the right call for your hair type. Maxim didn't do that. They actually took the time to talk through what would work best for MY hair, not just what was easiest for them.

The staff made the whole experience foreal: Aya and Theresa were incredible from start to finish, along with one other team member whose name I'm blanking on (if you're reading this, you know who you are and you deserve your flowers too).

Everyone was professional, organized, and genuinely seemed to care about the outcome, not just getting me in and out.

When it was go-time, they got right to work, no wasted time, no feeling rushed, no feeling like just another number. I walked away feeling like I actually got what I paid for and was taken seriously the entire way through.

If you're Black or have coarser/textured hair and you're nervous about being steered into the wrong procedure, GO TO MAXIM. They get it.

The experience I had with Maxim, specifically Aya and Theresa was one of the best I’ve ever had with medical professionals. They provided perfect consultations and Theresa did an amazing job with my procedure. I would highly recommend working with them if you find yourself looking to improve your hairline or hair density. The results were much better than I expected and I have nothing negative to say about my experience with them.
