Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Atlanta

It's not easy as man to accept hair treatment. I'm not even entirely sure why it's so embarrassing. Maybe it's because we just don't know how much help and options are out there. Bosley was not my first step toward trying to save my hair, I tried less invasive ways like medication. But in the end I think it was wrong of me to wait so long. After talking with their consultation representative Nina, nearly all of my apprehension and embarrassment was gone (make sure she is the first face you see!). I understood the process, my options, and the results. I had the procedure at Dr. Tan's office in Atlanta. His team was efficient and casually professional, which helped to alleviate my tension. Even better, Dr. Tan is a no non-sense professional, who thankfully, is just as invested in the quality of the outcome as I am. He took my ideas of where I wanted my hair to be post-op and actually vastly improved them. I'm honestly happier with the outcome he drew than what I imagined I would get. Thank you Bosley team, thank Nina, and thank you Dr. Tan!

I cannot thank Nina and the team at Bosley enough for their incredible support throughout my hair transplant journey. Nina was not only highly professional but also incredibly motivating and encouraging, expertly putting my mind at ease before the procedure. Thanks to the boost in my self-confidence, I've found the motivation to start my own chauffeur company, which is already growing successfully. I’m a little past my one year mark since having surgery and the results are absolutely amazing and gave me my confidence back, Doctor Ken and Miss Nina are very professional and made the whole experience more comfortable. The only downside that I had personally was that it is a bit pricy but overall well worth it!

I would never use this company again! I'm a healthcare professional myself and am extremely upset with my results that I've had to have long since, had to have another hair restoration surgeon fix Bosley's screw up! Literally I knew I was in trouble when the doctor wasn't placing the hair grafts and it was being done by a new assistant who was being admonished by another assistant while working on me. One was saying "No don't do it that way!" Needless to say after a few months and my hair finally growing in on the "newbies side" resulted in a severe "cow lick" that has had to be repaired somewhat by another surgeon and is still not corrected. I would never use Bosely again or recommend them as far as having untrained assistants placing the hair grafts using the customer as a an experiment!
