Used this clinic for hair removal on my face & have been burnt & skin damaged, when confronted denial was made….there was no test prior, the technician has zero knowledge of skin & did not test prior nor listen when I explained the pain during procedure when they placed setting higher….this is a strong warning to anyone looking to take on any laser removal to be sure procedures are followed out by clinic & any for that matter….I am nor scarred in the face & clinic is likely to face court action for gross negligence due to matter.

I had a pretty good experience here the last two times when the women were looking after me. I paid by transfer and everything was smooth. However, today, when I went in, the 'doctor' took over, and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. It took us an hour to realize that instead of two sessions, he decided I needed three, which meant they wanted more money. Yet, they did nothing to apologize for the mistake they had made. During my previous consultation, they had mentioned that two sessions would suffice.

I spent so much time arguing about this because I wanted to hear an apology; however, none was offered. Consequently, perhaps because I expressed dissatisfaction with the service, he decided to only accept cash, knowing I didn't have any on me. The lady on the phone who was translating was saying it was okay to transfer, but the doctor insisted on cash, citing his authority.

This was the worst experience of my life. I have no words for how they made me feel. It was an awful clinic; they have no manners and don't apologize for their mistakes.

The results aren't that great anyway so I would recommend to go somewhere more professional.
