I live in Australia and reached out to this team about a year ago and I can highly recommend them.
I felt like there was a high level of care and attention to detail from all on the team-from initial enquiry, handling questions through to intro call with Dr Mariana and recommendations on where to stay in BA.
When I arrived in BA, I appreciated check-ins on me and was impressed by the clinical team of bright nurses and Dr Mariana-they were supportive and made me feel at ease throughout the day procedure :)
After the procedure, Dr Mariana didn't really go away which I was surprised about-she wanted to make sure I was taking care of my scalp every day initially and she is still, to this day checking in on me, 4 months after the procedure and I'm back in Australia 😅
