I paid over £900 upfront for a course of treatments, including microneedling and a chemical peel in the same session. The aesthetician didn’t even cleanse my face before starting the treatment, which was incredibly careless and unprofessional. It led to more breakouts and flared skin.

From my experience, they seem to care more about taking your money than providing proper care. I also find it hard to believe they have only 5 star reviews and not a single negative one.
