I wanted to leave a review specifically for the Oklahoma City office because Berny Acuña was a huge reason I felt comfortable moving forward with my procedure. From the beginning, she took extra time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and never once made me feel pressured. You can tell she genuinely cares about educating people and helping them make the right decision for themselves.

What stood out to me was that Berny has experience with both older FUT strip procedures and modern FUE techniques, including no-shave FUE. Because of that background, she was able to honestly explain the real differences between the procedures, the recovery, scarring, donor preservation and overall experience. For someone like me with longer hair, understanding the advantages of no-shave FUE made a major difference in my decision.

Dr. Sam, the hair restoration surgeon, did an outstanding job with the hairline design and overall attention to detail. The professionalism and care from the entire team made the whole process feel comfortable and smooth. One of the reasons I traveled from Oklahoma was because of Dr. Mauri and the team there specialize in the no-shave FUE procedure and it was definitely worth it.

After my followup visit and hair wash the next morning, I was able to comfortably drive myself back home. I’m currently on day 3 post procedure and honestly have not needed pain medication at all. Other than some minor itching and slight bleeding from the donor area the first day, recovery has been much smoother than I expected.

Berny’s professionalism, honesty, communication, and experience really stood out throughout this process and I’m grateful for all the time she took helping me understand everything before making such a big decision.
