​Just 3 days out and so far, so good! The procedure itself was virtually painless after the initial freezing, and Dr. Okan and the team made the day incredibly comfortable.
​Sleeping upright at a 45-degree angle right now is a bit annoying, but the clinic's aftercare instructions have been crystal clear. Swelling is minimal, the recipient area looks clean, and the donor area is already healing well. Excellent experience so far—can't wait to see the growth!

Not Recommended – Misleading Information, Lack of Doctor Involvement, and Serious Hygiene Concerns

I do not recommend this clinic for a hair transplant procedure.

Although the clinic appears large and professional at first glance, my experience was extremely disappointing. During the consultation, the doctor seemed disengaged. I was clearly told that the physician would personally perform a significant portion of the operation.

However, on the day of the transplant, the doctor did not initially come even for the hairline design. The marking was about to be started by a staff member who had previously drawn my blood — without gloves. The doctor only appeared after I insisted that I had been promised his involvement. He extracted three grafts as a demonstration and then left. The remainder of the procedure was performed by assistants.

There were serious hygiene concerns. The graft extraction device was not covered with barrier protection. The electric instruments did not appear to be properly sterilized, and during the procedure I observed equipment visibly contaminated with blood.

Additionally, the upper layer of skin in the donor area (back of my head) was removed without my consent or prior explanation. I was told only shaving would be done with a machine. As a result, the donor area now feels very painful and looks like a large abrasion, with potential risk of scarring. An independent dermatologist later confirmed that the upper skin layer had been removed. When I asked the clinic for clarification, they denied that this had occurred.

Promised additional services such as LLLT and PRP were not provided.

After receiving payment, communication significantly decreased, and my concerns were not properly addressed.

Overall, this clinic operates more like a high-volume production line rather than a patient-focused medical facility. I regret choosing this clinic after spending considerable time researching where to have my hair transplant done.
