Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Charlotte

All our questions were answered and many before we asked! Nicole was so kind, clear, thoroughly informative and reassuring.
It came as a surprise that the procedure would be performed by a doctor rather than a tech. (And that Dr. Phipps had had her own show on TLC called "Bad Hair Day"!)
All our concerns were addressed and we feel very confident with the professionals involved in every step.

Nicole, in the Charlotte office, was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and very explanatory about the procedure itself. She's good at providing comfort, and knowledge to someone who may be uninformed, or uncertain about proceeding with this procedure. I appreciated her time and courteousness!

They were very knowledgeable about current treatment options and possible future options.

Dustin is the best sales rep I have ever dealt with I any product or service. It took me about 3 visits with him over a 10 year period(maybe longer) for me to decide to have the procedure. Dustin was always available for a meeting and never avoided me as I was getting myself comfortable with moving ahead. He is very professional, friendly and patient.

To the person that got mad and left I would say give it another chance. There was obviously a breakdown but I will tell you Dustin will work that out. The next step of getting the surgery is where you ultimately want to be. You went there for a reason and I would think that reason is still there. I know you will be happy if you do.

I just had my 3rd procedure as I am doing mine in phases. Great experience with Dustin and then a great experience with the Raleigh Surgery Center for Bosley.

Bosley is definitely the right decision for me.

Yes there was a lot to take in but Dustin Stewart did a great job at answering my questions and concerns. I have now scheduled my procedure and while unsure of how the end result will turn out, I have received great customer services from the staff so far and look forward to join the many satisfied Bosley clients.
