Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Columbus

Spent roughly ~$12,000 on my surgery 2 years ago. Staff, doctor were friendly and cool. My hairline was receding, but the rest of my hair is thick and full. So I assumed whatever procedure they recommended would take me back to a full head of hair. They took me from receding to a thinning hairline. Besides spread out hairs, its essentially exactly the same. My one year check up, they said this is normal and more hair will come in, but most people get a second transplant. For what my hair was, I expected to go back to a full head of hair for $12,000 dollars. I have also had non stop folliculitis since the procedure, when I’ve never had it in my life. They have been kind enough to prescribe the medication when I jump through hoops to contact them. I have taken the medicine 3 times and it comes back everytime, and with my thinning hairline covered in pimples it’s embarrassing. I’m still wearing hats almost every day, or wearing my hair down tactically to hide it. People with the same hair as me get one procedure and are back to normal for a third of the cost. It has been 2 years and no check up, no follow up since the one year. Pay less, go to Turkey, get better results like I should have done. I lost $12,000 and still have to get another one.

Dr. Krenitsky did a horrendous, awful, egregious job. I needed the hair grafts in the front of my head in the middle front area. Instead, Dr. Krenitsky totally ignored this middle front area. Dr. Krenitsky put all of the grafts in the sides of my head near the ears. Now I am getting so much hair on the sides, it can be easily seen that the sides look preposterous, with way too much excessive hair. However, the front middle region, which is the most important region, has extreme thinning. I just had an appointment yesterday with my dermatologist, the reputable, distinguished Dr. Jennifer Ridge in Middletown, Ohio and she told me three times that there has been zero hair growth in the middle front region since the hair transplant. Dr. Krenitsky could not have done a worse job if he was purposely trying to do a terrible job. In addition, regarding the follow-up a year later, all Dr. Krenitsky wanted to talk about was football. I strongly assert that you do not go to the Bosley Hair Transplant in Columbus, Ohio.

Everyone from the staff, nurses, assistants and the Doctor gave me phenomenal treatment. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people. They make you feel at ease from the beginning of the procedure to the end. Telling you exactly what they are doing as they progress through the steps.

This was my second visit to the Columbus, Ohio facility for the hair transplant procedure . The doctors as well of the staff provided excellent comfort and care during the entire process.
