Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Jacksonville

Definitely not what I was expecting. I was thinking it was be a high pressure, pyramid scheme type of sales tactics. But not in the slightest. I sat down with Robin we talked about my goals and expectations. We talked about different treatments and pricing. Overall I would recommend this to anyone with hair loss troubles.

I conducted my consultation with Joy Small today. Joy was an absolute delight to work with. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and provides absolute top-shelf customer care. We reviewed many options and I came away very pleased and satisfied with her assistance. If you are ready ti make that positive change in your life, but are nervous or have reservation, reach out to Joy and just sit down and talk with her. I believe you’ll be very glad you did. Joy is a true star for Bosley!

Wonderful meeting Joy Small a very welcoming young lady. She explained the hair and eye brow restoration procedure. I left with all of my concerns and questions answered. I felt like l made a friend. I will be calling her to set up a procedure date and share my information experience with friends and family.

I want to express my gratitude to Joy for being such a tremendous help in setting up my appointment with Bosley. She has been incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. It’s clear that she truly loves her job, and that dedication shines through in her interactions.

Although I ended up canceling my appointment as I’ve been seeing promising results from a non-surgical treatment, I will definitely recommend Bosley and reach out again in the future if I decide that procedure is still needed.

Thank you so much for all your help, Joy!

While I was unable to move forward with the transplant due to medical reasons my experience was very good. Joy Small was very communicative and helpful. Dr Rodillo and Joy were very transparent with testing beforehand. If you are seeking any hair restoration this is a great place to go.
