So I just completed my hair restoration surgery, but let me tell you about my experience! I went in to the Louisville office for a consultation with Cindy Mei, and she was my first contact to my hair restoration! My first consultation in Louisville went great with Cindy Mei. She reviewed my hair situation and took pictures and was able to determine the number of transplants needed to cover the area in need. She provided a quote and was able to arrange my appointment in Columbus, Ohio. Following the consultation I was able to text additional questions to her which she answered immediately. I had the transplant procedure done a week ago and please with the outcome and look forward to the end result.
