Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Minneapolis

I was half an hour late and was not turned away, which is great. The front desk lady was very friendly. The physician, the nurse, and the technical staff were excellent. The care was fine; they provided lunch and snacks. The explanation of the post op instructions was great. Bosley's location is hard to find. I used Google Maps. They recommended two nearby hotels at discount rates, which made it convenient. Overall, a good experience. Now I will be rating the results.

Everyone was super helpful and informative as so as I walked in the building for my procedure. The staff did a great job of keeping me comfortable and informed. I left at the end of the day feeling confident and made new friends.

I had my 2nd hair transplant at Bosley this last week and it was a breeze from start to finish. It was my personal decision to have the 2nd round done as i wanted more grafts placed and they made it happen!

Dr. Cook and her team were great to be with all day. They were very informative and answered every question I had. They even bought lunch for me.

The office and rooms were very clean, well kept, and modern. I had the option to listen to music or watch Netflix. I chose music as I knew I was going to be awake the entire time with everyone.
