Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – San Diego

The office is quiet and the receptionist greeted me and we introduced ourselves. She was very kind by helping me complete the questionnaire as my fingers are arthritic. I was then met by my representative, Marely promptly on time. She was very friendly and personable. I observed Marely as a professional, with a kind soul. We chatted and laughed, as if we had known each other for years, and my nervousness disappeared. Marely is a mountain of knowledge for Bosley. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was compassionate and polite to me regarding my personal situation. She was very thorough, explaining to me the procedures and what I should expect on the day of my surgery. She showed me demonstrations and broke down my costs for me, and verbally introduced me to the doctor, by letting me know about his 33 years of experience. Marely loves her job and enjoys meeting all of the different people that come to her to learn about Bosley. I felt very comfortable sharing my private information with her making my consultation one of the best. Thank you, Marely.

Dr. Mayer and staff are excellent. I'm 2 years post-op for an FUE procedure and couldn't be happier with the results. Follow up over the past 2 years has been fantastic, and Dr. Mayer is incredibly talented, compassionate and caring for his clients. If you have been considering getting a hair transplant your time and money will be well spent going to Dr Mayer. Gone are the days of having to wear and hat and beanie everywhere! I would give more stars if I could.

I received a consultation upon arrival. The purpose of my visit was to explain and show, my last transplant fell out. I was told that the hair that fell out was not apart of any treatment I had. The procedure I had received constantly inched for years until it fell out. I came in with good faith and intentions. My scape never inched like that before, and where it inched is where the procedure was done. Now weather or not they can tell original hair over transplant, I don't know. I was told they couldn't. They suggested I pay 8k more for another procedure. I just wanted what I paid for and I understand the difference between treatment hair and my hair falling out.

I got fue hair transplant done. The staff were great, attentive, went at a methodical and comfortable pace. They were compassionate and kind and attune to my experience throughout. The quality of care is great.
