Bosley – Hair Restoration & Transplant – Seattle

I had a great experience with Bosley and highly recommend Dr. Lee and his entire staff. From the very beginning, everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. They provided detailed step-by-step instructions on what to expect both before my FUE procedure and throughout the recovery process afterward, which really helped put my mind at ease.
Every question I had was answered with genuine sincerity, and it’s clear that the entire team takes a great deal of pride in what they do. I also want to specifically mention Brenda, the office manager, who is always so wonderful, welcoming, and kind. She took the time to clearly explain what I could expect after the procedure, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident moving forward with scheduling my FUE.
Overall, the level of care, professionalism, and communication I received was exceptional.

My team was amazing! I had Dr. Lee and a very nice team of 5-6 ladies. They were all very professional and had my well being in mind. I was very nervous going into this, and they not only reassured me about financing options (front desk and consultants were awesome), they were there with me every step of the way. I could not be happier with how today went and am excited to see how the results turn out!

Everyone was quite lovely 😍. But It was pretty painful experience. Idk if that was due to "my I'm a man and I cam take it" or just to low of anesthetics injections. Again Dr. Lee and the nurses were quite lovely, it was just quite painful 😒. But I'm quite optimistic about the future for my hair. The facility was ultra clean and the view from the office room was very beautiful 😍 and captivating. It was on the seventh floor and over looked the bay and a couple smaller buildings right out front. Everyone was Incredibly patient and respectful and they jump to any of my requests. At no point of time did I feel I wasnt the most important person in the building, that really made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has even a small amount of worry about their hair and the thought of it kept leaving there head. But I would definitely be mindful of the pain level, don't be hesitant on asking for more anesthesia. Dr. Lee even texted me from his cell phone that same day asking me how I am doing, and sent me a very helpful video on what to expect for the very couple days after the procedure. I must say, I was quite nice to actually get to talk tk the Dr more then just some simple hand shake.

Aaron made sure we were comfortable and made himself available for questions! Amazing counselor and the MD provided excellent care! It’s been a great experience at the Seattle office thus far! I highly recommend.

I was a patient of theirs... let me tell you this. If you have MINOR hairless or Advance hairless your best decision is going out of country or trying another state. I was massively mislead on pricing as a returning customer. $15,738 was the cost of my 1st procedure. The second one was going to cost ....15K AGAIN. They told me I had already got the preferred pricing as a 1st time customer and that the price I got was a special deal... apparently the same deal you get already if you got a procedure with them. Which doesnt make ANY sense. Why would a 1st time customer get the same price as someone who was already had their transplant with you guys. I was mislead.. I was told my 2nd procedure would be basically half the cost of the 1st. This is a lie.
DO NOT USE SEATTLE BOSELY.
Go out of state or go to Turkey. They have package deals with perfect stars on a lot of their hair doctors. you'll pay anywhere between 25%-65% less than what you would pay here.
If anyone wants pictures from start to finish of my transplant and the messages I got after asking about a 2nd procedure ill gladly share. Once seeing you'll avoid this bosely in Seattle.
