Trust me, the experience you will have with Dr. Ben Mousavi and the whole team at Concord is as intimate and personable as they get. I had been to Turkey in 2018 for my first hair transplant, although my procedure worked ok, it felt very transactional and I don't think lasted very well. So I was looking for the complete opposite this time around and hit the bullseye with Concord. My experience was very personable, the doctor was reassuring while also being realistic in the sense of not wanting to sell you false hopes, which I find some doctors would do sometimes to get you to sign up through them. My consultation was very detailed and informative. And the biggest difference between by first Turkey transplant and Concord's is the importance the post procedure recovery process is to Dr. Mousavi. I left feeling like this is just one step in a lifelong journey into a healthy head of hair, rather than a single operation and "hope for the best" type of situation. Grateful to the attention, care, and experience Concord hair restoration gave me!

I first visited Concord Hair Restoration in mid 2025 for an FUE hair transplant. At the time, I was experiencing recession in the front and needed around 1,500 grafts. From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with both over the phone and during my initial consultation with Dr Ben.
I had my procedure on October 3rd 2025, and now, six months later, I’m happy to say my hair is coming in nicely. I did have a few concerns about some areas that seemed slower to grow but Dr. Ben addressed all of them during my follow up appointment. He took the time to listen, explain, and reassure me, which I really appreciated.
What stands out most is how much he stands behind his work. He’s been incredibly accommodating and has even offered a second procedure at no cost in a couple of months if the final results don’t meet expectations. That level of care and confidence is hard to find.

It's a hair mill, Dr didn't participate at all in the surgery (100% technicians) and the sales guy did all the consulting and follow up. Not post op from the Dr

Reply: I see you responded claiming I'm fake. So you keep your high ratings by taking down negative ones.. I got 3500 grafts and it's been over a year since I was there. Just because its negative, you instantly claimed a lie without trying to validate the patient or claim. Quite revealing

Dr. Ben is the best in the business and is a genuinely kind person who cares about his patients. He doesn't try to upsell you on needless procedures or prescribe unnecessary drugs. He runs a super efficient operation with techs who have been doing this for decades.

I had a hair transplant done at Concord San Diego about five months ago. Around 3,300 grafts. Little by little, the hair is starting to grow in and things are looking good.

Expect a bit of pain the first few days. Follow his post-op instructions to the letter. After that, it's just a waiting game. You'll start seeing some progress two or three months post-op. The procedure works and it'll change your life for the better.
