I was researching prices on internet before I found this relatively affordable place. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Implanting hair grafts is a tedious job, which takes hours. I was sitting in a comfortable chair, listening to music and did not feel any pain. After the procedure it takes time for implants to start growing. I barely noticed the difference after a few months, but started receiving complements for my hair after about a year. I believe that bad reviews were posted by people, who were impatient. Patience is a virtue!
View review on GoogleCary and his team provide the most professional, experienced and result driven procedures in the industry. The latest techniques are much more advanced than they were a few years ago. I couldn't be more impressed. Thanks
View review on GoogleI am posting a follow up to my past review (gkirbyb) . In fairness to all, my scars are very challenging at best. My dissatisfaction lies with Dr. Goldstein and what he told me the surgery would accomplish, not whatsoever with Cary (Ct Hair and transplant) or his talented and caring surgical team. Cary and his team did everything possible to correct my scars with a follow up surgery with micro grafts. I am truly appreciative of their effort and thus the outcome. Cary and his team are now working with a truly gifted Dr. I highly recommend Cary and his team!!

I had a very poor experience — 1600 grafts FUT in April 2021. Even from the start following the procedure, i noticed that the hairline design was unusual and too low, and the worst part: the grafts were spaced extremely far apart. After a year of anxiously waiting for the growth that Cary said would eventually (but never) come, I decided to speak to various doctors. A year later, I met with a world renowned hair transplant surgeon in NYC (Dr. Carlos Wesley) and we used a magnifying glass to look at the density, which was 1/3 the density of my normal hair. I moved forward with this surgeon and can already notice the significant improvement in bedside manner, care, and quality. My new doctor also corrected the mistakes in angulation and coarse, too lowly placed grafts that were done by CHTC/CHTG, and helped me design a natural, feminine hairline. TDLR: don’t go for the ‘affordable’ and ‘cheap’ choice as it will cost more in the long run. I advise you all to invest in a financing plan with CareCredit, and please find a doctor that is certified with hair transplant boards, such as the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). Don’t have Cary — who I will admit is much of a sweet talker — do all of the after-care and consultation. The consultation should be done by a doctor. And the care should be done by nurses. Dr. Martin is a whole other issue — when I presented my problems with the transplant, he told me that it was ‘good enough,’ and basically told me to stop being so nit-picky — which is frankly, unacceptable client and patient care.
As a 20 y/o female, I don’t need a middle aged doctor telling me what looks good and what doesn’t look good, when I clearly had a disastrous result as was confirmed by those close to me, as well as other doctors. Needless to say, be willing to wait months to speak to a reputable doctor as that goes to show their trust within the community. I highly regret proceeding with this procedure, as it caused me not only mental and physical distress — with a lump that continuously caused me pain on the donor area but Dr. Martin barely acknowledged — but financial troubles as well. My repair surgeon helped me feel at ease, and remove this lump. I acknowledge that part of the fault is mine, as I had not done enough research, so I highly emphasize that those reading this do not make the same mistake. The loss of money is already painful enough, but I guarantee you that the emotional distress is 100x worse. Please save yourself the distress and find a much better doctor, one that specializes in hair transplants and not Dr. Martin or the CHTG/CHTC.
I had arranged for a scar reduction and grafts with Cary and Dr. Goldstein. I made the Dr. and Cary aware of my past surgeries. I was assured by them they could dramatically reduce the size of the scar and then place grafts in as well to further cover the scar. Dr. Goldstein performed the surgery and the results were horrific.
The scar bled on and off for almost 90 days. The scar looked raw and rough. The surgery actually increased the size of the scar. Cary replied," the internal scar is much better." Really Cary??? After voicing my displeasure numerous times, Cary brought me back to try to fix the scar and them promptly charged me another fee.
The lack of concern, indifference to a failed surgery was disgraceful. I don't know if Cary doesn't care after he is paid or Dr. Goldstein doesn't care enough to listen to his patient or Cary. Either way there are much better options available.
