I felt comfortable about my decision to go with crown institute from my first appointment. Dr. Drummond was very detailed about the process, what to expect and the current state of my hair. On the day of my surgery the entire team was so nice and really put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. After surgery, I really appreciated all my appointments with putting my mind at ease about what I was experiencing...everytime I have a question, I get a response from the office in a quick manner. Im at the beginning of my hair journey, about 2 months-post op and Im so glad I choose the hair institute for this journey. I decided on doing my surgery local instead of Turkey because I didn't want the long distance travel, I wanted a doctor who specializes in African-American hair, on my surgery I was the only scheduled procedure so it put me at ease of having the attention from all the staff, and the follow-up care for the entire year is a great asset as well. Im very happy with my choice, and would encourage others to research this clinic which provides excellent care.

My consultation with Dr. Drummond exceeded any expectation I had prior to my appointment.
Right from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Rissah at the front desk was welcoming and friendly which helped reduce my anxiety.
My consultation was very relaxed and it did not feel rushed. Dr. Drummond asked about my hair history, studied my scalp and educated me on different hair loss types and what my situation was presenting as. We then talked about the next steps forward which included getting a biopsy.
I like that Dr. Drummond is very realistic and does not promise overnight results.
Before getting my biopsy done, I mentioned I was feeling cold and Dr. Drummond got me a blanket. It was a gesture that I did not expect at all, it showed his great bedside manner and he is an active listener, which is what you want in a medical professional.
My drive from Arizona was worth it and I can’t wait to receive my biopsy results and start my hair journey with Crown Hair Institute.
