Although I haven’t been there, but there is a clear misrepresentation. I texted via line for an appointment and the reply was free consultation and appt booked. Then it asked the same question again separate day, they asked for my name and if I want to book appt, after I responded I already confirmed going down for appt previously, they prompted I have to pay 500 baht for consultation and bring passport.

A bad start to begin with. No go for me. Just take note.

Visit here for the first time. The clinic is very clean. The doctor took time to explain and answer all my questions. Will try the vitamins, hair serum and shampoo, and hope they will help with my hair fall problem. Highly recommend this clinic.

I wanted to get a consultation about hair transplantation. Pre-registered for 14:15. I arrived at 14:05 and left at 15:00 without seeing the doctor. The surgeon may be good, but I will never know. Spent 500 baht on a taxi and 3 hours. Quite disrespectful.

Dr Tarinee has been nothing but professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I was very impressed and grateful for her patience and professionalism and the way she explains each and every treatment options so clearly. Highly recommend
