My experience with the Elite clinic team was as expected, the whole team was very accommodating, explaining the process of what was to be expected for my procedure, while the procedure was in progress I was asked if I was comfortable or if I needed a break, tbh I was keen to have it over and done with as this was my second procedure in 2 yrs. A lunch was provided with a great menu to choose from. The professionalism of the staff was comforting knowing that I was in good hands and the procedure overall went well, I was informed with pre and post procedure instructions and follow ups, I highly recommend elite clinic for a hair procedure as their knowledge in this area compared to other clinics is very thorough and detailed and instructed clearly. Also I forgot to mention that while the procedure is happening U have the option of listening to yr own music or watching something on the TV in the room which helps to take yr mind off what's happening, Nurse Jess has a great voice/ humming.;)

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Elite Hair Clinic! The entire medical team and staff were incredibly professional and supportive from start to finish. A special thanks to Nurse Robin, who took exceptional care of me, kept me completely comfortable, and made the whole process so much easier. I also want to thank the technician, Rami (my apologies if I misspelled the name), who did an amazing job with my hair design and extracting the grafts. On top of the elite medical care, the hospitality was wonderful—they even ordered an incredible lunch for me. I am so excited to see my final results! I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!
