I always have a great experience here. I have very tiny veins, so getting my IVF drip started can be difficult, but Mehrnaz is amazing. She’s the only person who can find my veins easily and makes the whole process so much less stressful.

She is always kind, gentle, and professional, and she explains everything clearly so I always know what to expect. She makes me feel comfortable and well looked after every time I visit.

I had a great experience today with Rebecca at Este Manchester. The care, commitment and knowledge Rebecca has is fantastic. One of the reasons why i choose este was because i’ve heard alot about their outstanding customer service and Rebecca definitely lived up to that today. She is proactive and even managed to book me a laser session on the same day to help with my PRF treatment. Going above and beyond for me, i am very pleased with my visit today.
