10-28-25 - It was a great experience! Had my procedure yesterday and my team was terrific! Summer, Edith, Kayle, Marilena and Omar were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Marilena walked me through the entire check-in process and got me ready for my procedure…Summer was great and took the time to explain the procedure and ensured that I was okay throughout the process…there was an excellent rapport among the staff and I felt very comfortable…while the results remain to be seen…the procedure was a great experience…

4-6-26 - As a follow up to my original review, I wanted to say that the results from Eternal Hair & Aesthetics have exceeded my expectations, and they say it's only going to get better. It's been about 5-1/2 months and my hair is thicker than it's been in years. I'm so happy about the results and if it didn't get any better I'd be happy about the money I'd spent. I'd highly recommend this team if you are thinking about entertaining hair upgrades.

I had my hair transplant on April 25 at Eternal Hair and Esthetics, and the experience was truly excellent from start to finish. Firstly, Omar was a great consultant and answered all of my questions with ease. He made sure to explain everything to me in detail and was very attentive. Omar recommended Chul to me and I am so glad that he did. A special thank you to Team Chul (PAC), along with Afzal, Omar, and Hamza, for their outstanding professionalism, precision, and care.

The team made the entire procedure very smooth and comfortable. They explained each step clearly and kept checking on me throughout, which really helped me feel at ease. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and maintained high standards.

So, the staff will know me as “Jacinto”, or “Jay”.. 😉 This was my 2nd procedure at Eternal. I was incredibly satisfied my first time around and so far I still have no complaints. The staff on my team this time around were Tayyab, Abul and Marilena. They were incredibly kind, accommodating and efficient. I also enjoyed intellectual conversation with Tayyab during the procedure. He ensured I remained comfortable while he worked on me and it amazed me how much faster this procedure was compared to my initial transplant back in January of 2021.

My neighbor asked me this morning, “how do you look 10 years younger?” I looked in the mirror when I got back inside and I noticed something is different, but it seems it’s much more than just my hairline. The fine lines that usually appear on my forehead are so dull, they’re barely visible. Now I’m gonna have questions about this anomaly when I return for my wash and scab removal. 🤭

And I can’t forget Omar. Always a pleasure speaking with him and everything seems so streamlined following consultation with him. Overall, a great experience and I am considering returning again for other services related to hair restoration maintenance and anti-aging. Great work guys! 😎👍
