One week ago, I had a hair transplant. My overall experience with Dr. Barbier, nurse Tia and the rest of the staff was great. The Dr. and Tia both help me decide the best path forward with my transplant. The pain was minimal and was in and out in a few hours. They have a one sheet day by day calendar making it easy to follow the do’s and don’ts. The faculty was very clean and pricing was in the same ballpark as other facilities. I recently had an FUE procedure at Hair by Robotics in Overland Park, Kansas and had a really great experience. Going into it, I was a little nervous, but the assistants and doctor explained everything in such detail that I felt comfortable and much more relaxed once we started.

The entire team from the CEO to the surgeon were great to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure questions were answered, I was comfortable during the procedure, and that all of my aftercare instructions were answered. They made a stressful day as stressfree as possible.
