I had a 2k graft transplant at the H.D Melbourne clinic a few days ago. The whole process was much smoother than I expected. Dr Callum was very experienced & knowledgable, clearly understood what I was trying to achieve, and designed an age appropriate and natural looking hairline that suited me well. Under his supervision, the extraction and implantation team included head nurse Sherin and nurses Hawna and Luzel. They were very pleasant, highly experienced, and had everything planned to the smallest detail. They made sure I was comfortable throughout and 3 days later I am feeling excellent.
This has beat all my expectations and I am optimistic for a smooth recovery over the coming weeks / months.

Had a great experience at the South Yarra clinic last week. Was seen very quickly on entering, I appreciated the clean environment. The nurses were very friendly and helped me understand what was happening with my hair, and multiple options I could take for my hair journey.

Where do i start!! Only on day 3 but the entire process has been phenomenal, whether it was Dr Callum, Dr Ateka or the nurses everything has been perfect, the surgery was very smooth and the care afterwards is superb.

To say that I am happy to have chosen Hair Doctors Australia to do my hair transplant would be a massive understatement. I am thrilled. I was blown away by the first consult with Sam and Dr Callum, during which all of my concerns were addressed and questions answered. I had intended to shop around but after reading all the glowing online reviews and after the amazing first appointment, I booked my procedure immediately. Every time I dealt with the clinic in the lead up to my procedure I was extremely impressed by their care and outstanding customer service. The day of the procedure was an amazing experience. Dr Callum took the time before the consult to talk through every step of the process and to design a hairline in consultation with me. He is such an asset to the business. The nurses are AMAZING. I was so impressed by their lovely and calm approach as well their incredible technical expertise. Everyone treated me like a VIP! I also received comprehensive and clear instructions for after the procedure and great follow up from the clinic over the following days. They care so much about their clients. I have multiple follow appointments booked over the next 12 months. It is now two weeks since my procedure so my hair has grown out enough for me to see the density and my new hairline. I am ecstatically happy. Excellent density and a completely natural looking hairline. I highly recommend this clinic, I cannot fault them - OUTSTANDING!!!
