I consulted 7 different clinics before finding Dr. Assem, and my very first consultation with him changed the game. Unlike other places, Dr. Assem didn't try to upsell his services or pressure me to committ. Even though it was a free consultation, he took his time and explored all options with me. Compared to the other clinics, the difference in the consultative experience with Dr Assem was miles ahead of the competition.

Seeing the state-of-the-art extraction and implanting equipment, and receiving his practical advice left me feeling empowered that I was in the right hands. I also noticed from the moderate number of Google reviews that every review was a 5 star rating, and this convinced me that this clinic valued quality over quantity. I booked my FUE procedure straight after the consultation.

​On the day of the procedure, Dr Assem was naturally a consummate professional and a master of his craft. Everything was handled with the utmost diligence - from the hairline design and pre-op preparation to the surgery itself and post-op care. I was told mine was one of the larger surgeries, but it certainly didn't feel like it, as the entire process was completely painless and smooth. This was genuinely a personalised and doctor led procedure not just in name but as a fact, and this made the whole experience more rewarding.

​The post-op instructions were thorough and served as the perfect guide for a first-timer. While I don’t know if this is standard or a minor miracle, I experienced zero bleeding, zero scarring, zero itching, zero pain, and zero sleep difficulties during the 14 days post-op. I didn't even open the prescribed pain killers or sleeping tablets i bought. Thanks to Dr. Assem’s advanced equipment, I only had about 2% - 3% scabbing to the point that you couldn't tell I had a transplant unless you looked at my head very closely. Because of this, I was confidently back to social outings by the third day as soon as the bandage was removed. I am now 15 days post-op and mashallah I haven't felt this good stepping out of the house in years. The clinic and Dr Assem personally has continued to check in regularly, remaining responsive to every follow-up query.

She was reachable and responsive to all of my endless messages, phone calls and emails, smoothing out paperwork hurdles for me, and providing guidance and insight into the whole process from the initial consultation to the post-op care.
