I couldn’t be happier with my hair transplant results at Hair Transplant Centre Toronto! I had the procedure done to address female pattern hair loss along my hairline, and the transformation has been incredible. My hairline looks so natural, fuller, and beautifully restored—it’s truly boosted my confidence. Hair transplants are a year-long journey, so I will be updating this review as I progress through.

1) Consultation & Pre-Op (Feb 19 2026)
Dr. Bailey and Amanda were both incredibly kind and transparent from the start. I followed up many questions after our initial video call, and all of them were answered promptly and transparently. These procedures involve inherent risks -- especially for a patient traveling from outside the country -- and are a major investment in yourself, but their openness and availability quickly earned my trust.

I stopped into the clinic the day prior to my procedure, and Dr. Bailey took the time to sketch the transplant plan and hairline before I committed to the final payment. I had researched natural hairlines "to death" beforehand, and I was impressed to see her incorporating those subtle, realistic details without me even having to request anything specific. She nailed it.

While I was naturally nervous for the procedure, that pre-procedure visit calmed my nerves substantially and convinced me I was in the hands of highly capable clinicians and technicians. Even if you are considering other clinics, I strongly suggest adding Dr. Bailey and her staff to the mix. Their professionalism, kindness, and emphasis on well-designed, natural-looking results set a very high bar.

2) Procedure (Feb 20 2026)
I arrived at the clinic at 7:45 AM. Though the doors were locked for a few minutes, Carlos arrived shortly after and introduced himself, getting things started right on time. Before we began, Dr. Bailey did a final round of hairline sketches, incorporating my input and making adjustments until we were both satisfied.

The process moved quickly from there: photos, clinic robe, and the head shave. (To my surprise, the bald look wasn't as bad as I’d feared!)

Dr. Bailey applied the anesthetic, which was much more manageable than I expected. They used a massage/vibration tool simultaneously to distract the nerves—a technique that works incredibly well. For the most part, I didn't feel a thing. There were a few spots where the technician, Marina, had to apply additional lidocaine injections without the vibration tool; those were quite sharp, but the discomfort was brief. Happy to have more numbing where needed.

The procedure was handled by two very talented technicians, Carlos and Miriam. Miriam did the majority of the work on my case. She was efficient, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure a natural growth pattern. Even though she was technically free to leave once her portion was finished, she stayed for the remainder of the workday to ensure everything was perfect. That level of dedication didn't go unnoticed.

The provided lunch was surprisingly good. I didn’t think I had an appetite, but I ended up eating almost all of it. The building itself is impressive; I was able to pick up my post-op antibiotic and anti-inflammatory prescriptions at a pharmacy right inside the facility, and there are great food stands nearby for a quick post-op meal.

I headed home with a very detailed, day-by-day post-op care guide, along with saline spray and Vaseline to manage the first 24 hours. It was a long day, but a very smooth process.

3) Post-Procedure Follow-Up
Healing and follow-up has been great! Dr. Bailey called the day after the procedure to check for complications. She also followed up 1 week via video call on Zoom, and scheduled a 3-month follow-up.

It has been a great experience at the Hair Transplant Centre Toronto. I had a hair transplant procedure done, and the procedure has been going very well. Hair growth results were evident by the three-month mark! The staff at the Centre have been great and comforting especially from Maria and Dr. Bailey. Maria gave an excellent explanation of the procedure during my initial meeting. The pre-care and post-care instructions were also explained very well, which made the procedure experience a good one. I did the FUT procedure based on my consultation with Maria and Amanda about my hair loss goals. I met Dr. Bailey the same day of the consultation and we worked together to design my hairline. After comparing many different clinics, I felt that they would take the best care of me and had the best desire to achieve my results and goals. The day of my procedure went amazing and the team reassured me all throughout. I was relaxed for the most part and was really nice they provide lunch. I am in disbelief with how amazing my results have been for my eyebrow transplant even 4 months later!! I was so nervous going into the procedure and comparing all the clinics in the GTA. I had seen Dr. Bailey herself on Marilyn Dennis about 3 years ago so felt comfortable that she would do an amazing job. And I was right!! I was connected with Maria who helped me book my first consultation. She was informative and made me comfortable to make that step forward. To make it better, once I arrived at the clinic, I met Amanda who provided all the details of what I would expect the other day, and she grabbed Dr. Bailey herself! She checked on my throughout the entire process and explained everything as it was happening. I was able to relax, have lunch and watch a show. I can’t believe how amazing this experience was overall and my results. Plus, they checked in on me thoroughly post-procedure. I’ve started coming to Dr. Bailey for cosmetic treatments as well. So happy I found the Hair Transplant Centre Toronto!!
