Hair Transplant Specialists

I had a poor experience at this place. They lack expertise in women's hair transplants. My hairline appears very poorly made and fake. Following my treatment, Wally showed no interest in following up, nor did his team. I felt poorly treated and sensed they struggled to work with people of color. They deleted my review; this is not the first time I am writing a review to caution others. And before you claim, "we didn’t treat a sabby," that is not my legal name. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

This place is amazing! The staff are wonderful and absolutely fantastic! I got a 3,800 FUT procedure and my results have changed my life! The prices are affordable compared to other areas in the twin cities and the surgeons are the top in their field! I recommend scheduling an appointment and there is great financing available if you’re not able to pay in full!

Got mine done 2-3 years ago and still looks good to this day. They’ve been good at staying in touch, keeping up with the process, refilling prescriptions, etc. Irina is the best. Highly recommend. 5/5.

It's been a few years now and I've been meaning to write a review. My experience with Dr. Champagne was terrible. First, he rudely asked “can you remove that thing off your head” which is really disrespectful. His team apologized later, but he never did. Then, when he drew a hairline for me, I wasn't happy with it and wanted more time to think, but he rushed me and now I regret not taking more time because the results are permanent. When he started separating my kinky hair to make the incision, he was rough and made unpleasant remarks. The nurse who was there offered to take over and she was much kinder. To make matters worse, he was watching a game on TV during the procedure, which made me feel uneasy the entire time. Throughout the whole process, he was cold and short with me, which made me feel nervous and hesitant to speak up. Besides the poor customer service, I am extremely dissatisfied with the results. He doesn't know how to create feminine hairlines. My results look extremely unnatural and fake. After my treatment, the team didn't bother to get in touch with me later. They didn't even check in or ask for any feedback. I will definitely not be returning here again.
