Choosing Hairfix Mexico was one of the best decisions I've made. I traveled from California for my procedure, and the entire team treated me like family. They answered every question I had before, during, and after surgery, and I never felt like I was on my own once I got home.

I'm currently about six months into my hair restoration journey, and I'm already seeing great progress. I know there's still more growth to come, but I'm very encouraged by my results so far.

The doctor at the clinic was knowledgeable and kind. He was realistic about what could be done, and did not make any exaggerated claims. He was also very skilled with an artistic eye. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and professional. As a US citizen with a lot of experience at clinics and hospitals in USA, I was very impressed with how streamlined and thought out the process was. The facilities were excellent. The cost savings compared with the same procedure in USA was significant but there was no compromise with quality of service, and I would imagine that the service was better than what is offered at many USA locations. Turkey is a location some US citizens go to for this procedure to save money, but I would recommend anyone considering traveling out of their city to consider Hairfix in Tijuana! I had an incredible experience at Hairfix in Tijuana from start to finish. After doing a lot of research and being very particular about where I went, I can confidently say they exceeded every expectation.

The team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and were very transparent about what to expect. There was zero pressure, just genuine care and expertise.

The procedure itself was smooth and well-organized, and you can tell they’ve done this at a very high level many times. The clinic is clean, modern, and operates with a level of professionalism you’d expect from top-tier facilities.

From day I had the best experience. Aaron was the surgery coordinator. He has been by far. The best person deal with me with making an appointments canceling rescheduling had patience with me.

Once I finally decided to move forward with my procedure every step on board, make sure I was comfortable, followed up with me up to the time of my procedure and even afterwards the aftercare was amazing. I recently had my FUE hair transplant at HairFix in Tijuana and overall I’m very happy with the experience. Aron was great from the very first Zoom consultation — he answered all my questions clearly, reviewed my photos, and made the whole process feel straightforward and low-stress.
The clinic itself is modern and professional. The procedure went smoothly, the team was attentive, and I appreciated how they walked me through everything step by step. Recovery has been exactly as they described: some soreness the first couple of days (especially moving to the forehead), normal swelling that’s already starting to settle, and I’ve been able to manage it with elevation, cold compresses, and ibuprofen.
The only real downside was the long wait crossing back into San Diego afterward, but that’s on the border, not the clinic.
If you’re considering a hair transplant and want quality care at a much more affordable price than the US, I’d definitely recommend HairFix. Great communication, modern facility, and a solid team. Results take time, but so far I’m pleased with my decision and the care I received.
