International Hair Transplant Clinic Tijuana

I can't say enough good things about the team. I intentionally waited 8 months to leave this review because it takes at least 6 months before things really settle in. And boy have they. I recommend them without reservation.

Here's my journey:

I called all the hair transplant clinics in TJ. Most were out for gringo money when they realize you're calling from the U.S. (IMO), making silly claims for why they're so expensive, none of them based in evidence (I check every medical claim with AI to make sure thier legit). International Hair Transplant was honest from the start. Carlos walked me through the entire experience, and was completely patient with the fact that I was obviously skeptical about being ripped off when sending money up front to a firm I had no experience with. Also TJ services are known for making up last minute charges when dealing with gringos (I have stories about dentists that will make you cringe). These guys aren't like that. Case in point, I mistakenly offered to pay more when I arrived (forgot that I over-paid my upfront balance, my fault not theirs), and the Dr who worked on my folicals (young guy in his 20s) corrected me that the amount was significantly less. THAT my dudes is an litmus test. Everything from how they treated me, to the procedure (zero pain BTW for those concerned about anastesia injections on your scalp... that takes practice and talent). There was also no pain with the folical transplant process.

Anyways, the results speak for themselves. It's hard to compare images, but I can tell you that when I wash my hair and it's wet, it's easy to see how the folicals are actually there and not covered by hair (before it outright looks like I was bald when my hair was wet). As for me being legit, just look at my reviews beyond this service. I'm as legit a client as they come, and I have no trouble giving 1 star when deserved so when I give 5 stars, it's because it really is deserved, and they absolutely deserve it in this case. I mention my credibility because most 5 star reviews in TJ (particularly true with dentists) are made up of accounts with 1 or 2 reviews, all of which are 5 stars which is very telling.

Erick and Alex and Carlos and the other staff were amazing as soon as i got there i received all the information about the hair transplant i felt so welcomed and they are very knowledgeable , Pain free. I really recommended this Doctor for every one thank you so much if ther was more stars i would give you guys 10 stars

I am so happy to have discovered this company with such amazing technology in capilar transplant and the staff is so caring and polite, I would highly recommend them, it’s worth the drive
