Dr. Mardirossian is not only personable and easy to talk to, making you feel at ease right away, but also highly professional and courteous. The video assessment was particularly beneficial and comprehensive. I arrived with numerous notes and questions, yet he addressed all of them before I even had the chance to ask. He provided realistic recommendations, clearly outlining why certain procedures were unnecessary for me. He explained in detail the specific variations of the procedure he planned to use, the anticipated results, and managed my expectations well. Importantly, he didn’t shy away from discussing the risks and potential complications, despite their rarity. Among the four consultations I’ve had, his was the most thorough and informative. Despite being my last consult due to my own scheduling issues, he is my first choice. His detailed advice and the effort he put into evaluating my case for my surgery were truly appreciated.
