I had a very positive experience at Maxim and was genuinely impressed with the consultation process. From the beginning, Elyse did an excellent job walking me through the initial consultation, answering my questions, and making the entire experience feel comfortable, organized, and informative. She set the stage well before bringing in Dr. Diaz to discuss the specifics of my hair loss and the best path forward.

What I appreciated most was how direct and professional the consultation felt. There was no sales pressure and no sense that I was being pushed toward a procedure before it made sense. I came in with a number of questions about the progression of my hair loss, the most appropriate way to address it, and whether FUE was the right next step for me. Dr. Diaz was straightforward, thoughtful, and focused on what was actually best for my situation.

Dr. Diaz truly changed my life with the hair transplant I had in October. I was very nervous and almost canceled, but I’m so grateful I went through with it. My biggest concern was whether they were experienced with African American hair. I spoke with a few other places, but they didn’t seem very confident. However, when I talked to Maxim, Ms. Elise, and Dr. Diaz, they reassured me that they were highly skilled with African American hair and they definitely proved it. I’m now only at month three, and I’m already happy with my results, so i know the final results is going to be amazing.
