I waited 6 months to post a review to make sure it would be completely authentic and true. I started my consultation with Sia and Mariah and from first contact, they made me feel very comfortable with everything! I opted to go with the transplant option due to my advanced hair loss.
I was skeptical with how well it would turn out, and was ok with just simply establishing a bit better hair line and keeping my hair buzzed short. I say this because those were honestly my expectations, even though they told me it would turn out great. And it turns out I never should have doubted what they could do!
Fast forward 6 months post operation, and their hard work and expertise speaks for itself!

Excellent results after just 6 months.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Maxim Hair Restoration. My first hair transplant was in July 2024, where I paid over $6,000 for 2,000 grafts in the frontal area of my scalp. I was assured that this procedure would provide the density I was looking for. After waiting a full year, there was some improvement, but nowhere near the results I expected.

Based on their recommendation, I underwent a second procedure with another 2,000 grafts. Although Maxim reduced the price for the second surgery, the results are still disappointing, even several months into the healing process.

What has frustrated me the most is the lack of follow-up and customer service. Once they received my money, communication from Sia and Mariah was virtually nonexistent. There were no meaningful check-ins, and my concerns were largely ignored.

Most concerning, Mariah recently suggested that I should see a dermatologist for a scalp biopsy. When I asked why this wasn’t recommended before my second transplant if there was any concern about an underlying scalp condition that could affect the outcome, I never received an answer.

I chose Maxim Hair Restoration because I wanted to avoid traveling overseas for a procedure and believed I would receive better care and support. Instead, I have invested over $7,000 and have been left with lackluster results and very little post-operative support.

I expected honest expectations, proper evaluations before surgery, and consistent follow-up afterward. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Every patient’s experience is different, but based on mine, I cannot recommend Maxim Hair Restoration. I hope they improve both their patient care and their commitment to following up with clients after surgery.

It has been eight months since my hair transplant procedure with Maxim. I have had a number of procedures in the past, but this one will be my last because they completely took care of the final elements Iwas missing. They were able to get about 700 grafts from the back of my head, plus about nine hundred from my stomach. I now look like I have a full head of hair with no bald spots and feel comfortable without a hat in public for the first time in years. Their staff is very comforting and professional. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone considering hair transplants.

I had non surgical options done for my hair and I have been thrilled with the results! Mariah and Sia have done a great job communicating and helping me get the results I want. It’s been a great and easy process. I have nothing but good things to say!!
