After undergoing an examination at the clinic, I was diagnosed with hereditary hair loss. During the consultation, I asked many questions, and the doctor answered them all patiently. It didn’t feel like any unnecessary treatments were being pushed.
Since I don’t have time to visit frequently for treatment, I was advised to consider stem cell injections. The procedure was quick and caused minimal pain. The doctor was very kind and helped ease my anxiety, and all the staff here are friendly, making communication comfortable and stress-free.

Finally I flew all the way from USA to proceed my hairline transplantation. I did a lot of research before hand I finally decided to come to Newhair clinic. Dr. Kim and his staff, Ms. Jo are very friendly to answer tons of questions and ease my mind. The operation day went smoothly and I didn’t even feel the pain at night. I just got my hair transplant done at New Hair Institute in Gangnam, and I couldn't be more happy so far. I live in California and contacted NHI a few months ago to set everything up. It was very helpful that they have someone who speaks/writes fluent English to answer all of my questions. After extensive consultation, I booked an appointment and they kept in touch with me until my transplant date, answering any questions I had.

I had a partial shave FUE hair transplant done with Dr. Kim. He was very helpful throughout our consultations and designed a new hairline that took into account my preferences. The entire transplant day was about 8 hours. I got there in the morning and had my pre-surgery consultation. After that it was harvesting the grafts, lunch (which they provided), making the incisions for the transplant, and finally transplanting the hairs. They also provide 3 days of follow-up after care and take plenty of time to explain all of the medication and personal care I need to manage.

NHI's professionalism and service have been top notch for me, and I'm very satisfied with my experience so far. I'd highly recommend for anyone considering a hair transplant in Korea!
