I had to postpone my appointment twice due to jury duty. Amazingly, once that was over, they managed to schedule me in on the same day I was available. In today’s busy world, that kind of prompt service is really rare and exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding. Dr. Niedbalski recently did a hair transplant surgery for me, and I’m really happy with the results. The whole process was surprisingly easy.
