Dr. Ken, Roy, and the entire staff at this clinic are truly exceptional! They have been there for me during the most challenging time of my life when I was dealing with hair loss. My case was particularly difficult, but they never tried to push any treatments on me. Instead, they provided the most caring support and guidance to help me regain my hair. I’ve been a patient for over two years, and today, I have a full head of hair. I couldn’t have come this far without their unwavering support. They are the most amazing people I’ve ever met, and their clinic is unlike any other doctor’s office I’ve been to. They genuinely care about each individual, and five stars doesn’t do justice to their exceptional care. They are a true blessing, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found them!

I’m here for my 6th-month check-up, and I really wish I could share my before and after pictures because the difference is like night and day. The procedure itself was surprisingly fun and pleasant (or so I’ve heard, thanks to the medications). The staff is courteous, and you can genuinely feel their care and concern. I had a similar procedure done in Beverly Hills before, and it was more expensive with not quite the same results as what I’ve seen here. However, I must mention that the recovery can be painful, and it takes about 2 to 3 weeks before you start looking normal again (without the scabs). I asked Dr. Williams about this, and he explained that he uses a different cutting device to ensure the transplant sticks better. He’s very pleasant and knowledgeable. This experience is definitely worthy of 5 stars. If you’re considering it, go ahead and do it with him.
