Just over a week ago I underwent a hair transplant procedure involving 3,000 graphs. Well I found the local anesthesia to be quite painful the experience was made much more bearable thanks to the exceptional staff. Their kindness and professionalism made the duration of the procedure past pleasantly and help me feel at ease throughout the process. I am currently very pleased with initial results and I am optimistic about the outcome. Of course, I understand that the final results will only become clear in several months, but my experience so far has been very positive. I want to express my appreciation for the staff, who were not only highly skilled but also generally caring and supportive.

My husband had his hair transplant by April and her team and they were amazing. I liked it that they kept in touch with me before during an after procedure. They are a very caring clinic and want to make sure that each individual client gets an amazing hair transplant I am super happy with mine and the way they keep in touch with you by calling made me feel very much like family all in all it was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a hair transplant although the prices are fair is the team experience that you really want to look for and they are an A+ team definitely recommend them to anyone

Hopefully my review will give him the notice to please stop calling me. I inquired about a hair transplant last year. I initially was going to go with this clinic but I felt I needed to continue to research different clinics in order to make the best decision for me. It was never about the cost of the procedure it was about the ability to do my hair. I am an African American man and I needed to find a clinic that understands my hair texture. I did not see any African Americans on their website so I wondered if this would be the right fit. I did mention in our call to give me a call in the beginning of the year to schedule an appointment. I decided to go to another clinic who deals with clients with my hair texture. They had photos and reviews and a huge social media presence. Yes it was overseas and I initially did not want to travel overseas but it felt like the best decision for me. After I would say 20 or more phone calls that I did not answer I finally answered and informed Phil that I did not want to go with your clinic anymore. I was hoping he would say I understand and that would be the end of it. Instead it was I wish you would have talked to me first about it. I am a grown man almost 40 years old why would I talk to you about a decision I make for myself. I stressed In the beginning I wanted to do the FUE procedure not FUT and he said due to my hair texture FUT was best. I spoke with numerous clinics who never even mentioned FUT. It led me to believe he does not know how to handle my hair texture. The worst part was saying that given my nappy hair that it would be best to do FUT that’s why he suggested it. I do not care if you specialize in hair transplants you do not have the right to say nappy hair to me or any African American. I knew I made the right decision to go with the clinic I chose. I had no desire to make a review after I told him I was going somewhere else. But he won’t stop calling me. He has called me twice since then. Once to offer $4000 dollars for 3200 grafts and prp it’s not about the price I do not want to go with your clinic. You offended me and do not have clientele that look like me. Then he calls me again yesterday to ask if I had the procedure and I said yes I did and it went great. He said I was hoping you didn’t get it done already. If I didn’t I still would not go with you. Please respect my decision and leave me alone stop calling me your harassing me at this point. I will not be the token black person for your clinic. Find someone else please. One more phone call and I’m filing a police report. Please leave me alone.
Response to your comment- Interesting that 7 hours ago you added photos of African Americans that were not there before after my review. I did acknowledge that I asked him to call me after the new year. He called me excessively at least 20 times if not more with no answer. That is not the main issue and you did not acknowledge it. He said due to the Nappy Hair of African Americans it is better to do FUT. He said a racist term and you did not apologize for it in your response you only stated why he suggested that procedure. African Americans can get FUE. There are so many that have. If you are unable to successfully do that procedure I would have appreciated being told that rather than the response he gave. An apology would be better than the serum which I respectfully decline.

I had my 4th PRP session at Phoenix Hair Restoration and I can honestly say April made this experience special. I felt comfortable, respected, and well taken care of the entire time. She explained everything so clearly and made sure I had no pain at all. You can tell she puts her heart into what she does. I’m very thankful.
