Such an incredible experience with Dr.Sierra and the team! After months of researching and consideration, I had landed on Dr.Sierra and I'm so happy that I did. From the initial consultation to the procedure, I felt incredibly supported. Denise had coordinated everything leading up to meeting Dr.Sierra through the recovery process and she deserves recognition of her own for her transparency in every step along the way.

Dr.Sierra is a true professional who cares about his patients. Incredibly kind and considerate. Within the kindness, he is also very honest, which was most important to me. It made trusting him so easy and the results show that he is very confident in his work.

I have to also recognize Margo and Bri who continuously made sure I was comfortable in support of Dr.Sierra's efforts. It did not go unnoticed!

The FUE procedure itself you will go through normal to moderate discomfort, but the entire team will do anything they can to make sure you have anything you need. I recommend going in with as many questions as you need to. The team will happily answer any and all concerns you have. Be sure to do your part and listen to the instructions as explained and follow up with the team in your recovery, they will want to know! Great experience from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally from the initial call with Denise through the entire process. Denise was very helpful, responsive, and made everything easy and comfortable from the beginning.

Dr. Sierra was great as well. He explained everything in detail, went over the hairline design with me carefully to make sure I was happy, and made the entire process feel very comfortable and professional. The 7 day follow up was also excellent, with Dr. Sierra again taking the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions.

I knew this was the right clinic to do my procedure from the moment I made my first appointment: Denise works with Dr. Rafael Sierra and is such a professional and caring person that makes the whole process before, during and after the surgery very easy for the patients. Dr. Sierra dedicates as much time as necessary to explain what it is involved in all the process making sure he’ll answer each and every questions you might have. On the day of the surgery they made me feel so comfortable I didn’t notice all the hours go by. There was no pain and barely any discomfort in my case - not even in bed getting ready to sleep. They make sure you have step by step information on how to treat and care for the area that had been worked on. Today, 14 days later Dr. Sierra and I are extremely happy with the results and I once again am very happy choosing Sierra Robotics . I highly recommend them!
