In March 2025, I had my hair transplant at Swiss Hair Life. From the very beginning, the clinic team impressed me with their expert advice, transparent communication, and the highest medical standards.

The procedure was performed precisely and meticulously. The aftercare was also exemplary – I had the opportunity to ask questions at any time and always received prompt and competent support.

I had my hair transplanted at Swiss Hair Life in November, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

From the very beginning, everything was extremely professional and competent. The consultation was excellent, and that's exactly what gave me the confidence to have it done here and not somewhere abroad. Looking back, I'm so glad I did.

The whole team is simply fantastic – the doctor, the transplant surgeons, and the assistants. Everyone is incredibly friendly and very well-trained. Despite the lengthy procedure (almost 8 hours for me), I felt comfortable the entire time and didn't have to worry at all.

Even after the procedure, everything was perfectly organized: After 3 days, the bandages were removed, and my hair was washed for the first time. After a week, the scabs were removed – everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and without any stress. I received precise instructions on how to care for my scalp in the following weeks and always felt well looked after.

Now, about 5 months have passed, and I'm really very happy with the result. The progress is excellent, and I'm excited to see how it continues. I also had the four PRP treatments done and will continue to do them once a year in the future.

I had my hair transplant done at Swiss Hair Life in early December 2025 and wanted to write an honest review because I read a huge number of reviews before making my decision.

My receding hairline suddenly became much more pronounced at the beginning of 2024, and to be honest, it affected my self-confidence more than I initially wanted to admit. I first tried to combat it with Minoxidil, but without any real results.

I had several consultations in Switzerland and deliberately chose not to go to Turkey. Safety, aftercare, and having a contact person in Switzerland were extremely important to me. I eventually came across Swiss Hair Life through Instagram.

The consultation was professional and friendly. However, I did get the feeling that there was some pressure to schedule an appointment relatively quickly. Personally, I would have appreciated meeting the doctors who would be performing the procedure during the consultation, and not just the consultant, Mr. Osmanovic, and the medical assistant. On a positive note, I want to emphasize that risks, side effects, and realistic expectations were communicated openly. Nothing was sugarcoated. I deliberately took a few days after the consultation to make a decision.

On the day of the surgery itself, the atmosphere was completely different than expected. Very friendly, calm, and relaxed. Dr. Balci seemed extremely competent and checked on me regularly during the procedure to monitor my progress.

The actual hair transplant was performed by Mr. and Mrs. Terzi, and I can only say positive things about them. Both were extremely warm, friendly, and professional. You could tell they had years of experience and worked with absolute calm and precision. Hygiene and cleanliness were also top-notch.

To be honest, the anesthetic was quite painful, but this was communicated openly. I hardly felt the actual hair transplant itself afterward.

The aftercare was also very good. The first hair wash and scab removal were done extremely carefully and professionally. I would especially like to commend Ms. Shabani and Ms. Bocaj. Always friendly, helpful, and professional.

One small point that I found somewhat disappointing was the communication after the hair transplant. At my first PRP treatment, Dr. Balci was still on site, and the medical assistant said she would stop by briefly to check on the progress. Ultimately, however, she didn't come. At the same time, I was informed that the PRP treatments would now be performed by Dr. Tahery. This wasn't a problem for me; I simply would have appreciated more transparent communication.

Today, almost six months later and after four PRP treatments, I am honestly extremely impressed with the results. My expectations have been clearly exceeded. My hairline looks incredibly natural, the density is excellent, and it's absolutely impossible to tell that I've had a transplant.

I definitely feel more confident today, and I can finally style my hair exactly the way I want.

My honest conclusion:

The results speak for themselves, and I would have the treatment done at Swiss Hair Life again in a heartbeat. Of course, in my opinion, there is still some room for improvement in communication, particularly regarding the consultation and the personal support after the hair transplant. However, this doesn't change the fact that I am extremely happy with my results.


Today, almost six months later and after four PRP treatments, I am thrilled with the results.
