I couldn't be happier with my hair transplant experience. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and aftercare, the entire team was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.

The procedure was much easier than I expected, and I've been amazed by how quickly the results have come through. The difference has been incredible, and it's given me a huge boost in confidence. The attention to detail and care from the staff was outstanding.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Thank you to the whole team for such an amazing result!

I had a consultation with James at the Campbelltown clinic regarding a hair transplant of 1,500 grafts. I was initially quoted $4,500, and I explained that I had received a quote of $3,500 elsewhere. The main reason I chose this clinic was because I had previously undergone treatment there with Emily and was happy with her work.

After discussing the price, we agreed on $4,000 cash. However, James asked me to disclose which clinic offered the cheaper quote, which I did not feel comfortable doing.

At 4:30 PM the day before my procedure, James called me and informed me that Emily was sick and unable to work. I requested to postpone the procedure until she returned, but he said they did not know when she would be back. I then asked to cancel my booking, but he kept pressuring me to proceed with the treatment on the scheduled day.

When I arrived at the clinic, I attempted to pay by card and was suddenly told there would be an extra 10% surcharge. I refused and requested a refund of the $900 deposit I had already paid.

The receptionist then called James to speak with me. During the conversation, he became aggressive, yelling and swearing at me, and claimed I was expecting “free treatment” simply because I asked for my deposit back. He threatened to call the police and accuse me of trespassing, despite the clinic still holding my money.

I left the clinic feeling intimidated and threatened. Later, during a phone call regarding my refund, James continued swearing, called me offensive names, and initially refused to refund my deposit. Only after I mentioned contacting ACCC and NSW Fair Trading did he agree to process the refund.

To make matters worse, when I said I intended to leave a negative review about my experience, he threatened legal action through his lawyer. As a consumer, I have the right under NSW law to share an honest review based on my personal experience.

Very disappointing experience overall. I would strongly advise others to be careful before dealing with this clinic.

I went in for a consultation for a small amount of hairline loss and James tried to upsell me on far more than I needed, including reimplantation in my crown, which has no hair loss and is stable on medication. He was extremely pushy and unprofessional. He also wouldn't tell me who would be doing which parts of the procedure. I've found an alternative clinic who told me I'm not the first patient with them after a bad experience at Crown Clinic!
Do not go here - they are clearly money focused, not patient focused.

I just had my hair transplant at Crown Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Ramin, Thelma, and Liz were incredibly professional, caring, and supportive from start to finish. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and took the time to answer any questions I had.

Had my hair transplant for the second time with these guys. Literally amazing. First one was only 1500 grafts and the second one 6 years later has been 2500. The work here is first class. I had Emily individually do a fantastic job the first time around. The second time round, I had Emily and also chan. It was great fun, great banter, super professional and comfortable as well. The best part is the quality and care they both took.

Another mention to Dr. Ramin. The numbing process is the only thing I was not looking forward to. Dr. Ramin did a ridiculously good job at making this so much more comfortable.
