I had an excellent experience at the Toronto Hair Transplant Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair restoration procedure.
From my first consultation through the procedure and follow-up care, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Dr. Cory Torgerson took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process.
I would also like to thank Blake, Brian, Aaron, Dallas, and the nurses, Rachelle and Jeanne, for their outstanding support. Every member of the team was kind, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best possible patient experience.
The FUE procedure itself exceeded my expectations. I experienced virtually no discomfort during the procedure and was able to rest comfortably for most of the day. My recovery has been remarkably smooth, with no pain and no significant swelling.
What impressed me most was the level of professionalism, organization, and patient care. The team made me feel supported every step of the way and was always available to answer questions and provide guidance.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience and look forward to seeing the final results.

From the moment Brian met me at the entrance to the building, I felt an immense sense of relief.

P.S. The sting from the freezing agent is awful, but it goes away pretty quickly and after that, you’re fine.

- I forget my two nurses names, but both were amazing, and let me ramble on and on when I could. I really enjoyed that.

Lastly, don’t waste your time looking at other clinics, or fiddling with the idea of flying overseas to get it cheap. This is the place. If your going to do this procedure do it with the right people.

I went to the clinic on March 2. I did not know what to expect. Any fears I had were assuaged by Brian, Doctor Cory, and Helen. They treated me with kindness. I especially appreciated Helen’s expertise as apart from a few pin pricks when the anesthetic was applied, I felt no pain (which I had feared) during the day long procedure. During my recovery over the next 10 days I felt fine. Any questions I had were promptly answered. After two weeks, hair started to grow on the transplanted area. A very positive experience!

Dr. Torgerson is an outstanding hair transplant surgeon—meticulous, skilled, and incredibly precise. My three procedures with him have exceeded every expectation; my crown and front coverage are full, natural, and beautifully dense.

During my second procedure, I accidentally scratched part of my scalp, and the team immediately helped me through it, ensuring everything healed perfectly. THTC has been so wonderful for me. I’m just past four months since my surgery and my new hair line is already looking very promising. I’m very excited. On the day of my surgery, Brian was waiting outside the office to greet me and take me upstairs. Brian is such an excellent ambassador for the clinic. When I met with Dr Torgeson, he spent a lot more than $150 worth of time with me and told me what another much lesser clinic had not - that only a transplant would fix my thinning hair problem. I’d already fallen victim to “snake oil” remedies that were a waste of money. It was good to finally get some honesty.
