Iam writing this review after 15 months of my transplant Surgery and I am a very happy and satisfied person. The reason I waited this long was to see what kind of results I have achieved in 15 months. My big thanks to Dr Huber and every single staff with whom I have been in contact with.
My first meeting with Dr Huber was very productive, He gave me an overview of how many grafts I would need to correct my receding hairline and approx cost. The most positive thing about that meeting was I never felt any kind of rush or push from these folks. They were very professional in nature and gave me enough time to think about it.
Once I have gained enough confidence, I decided to go for it. The surgery procedure was extremely smooth was done in presence of Dr Huber. I was made comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
After surgery they did regular check ins in form of messages which eased my mental stress. I called the office couple of times and asked doubts and they were always there to help. The automated messages will make you understand what phase are you going through now and what you should expect in coming weeks.
After one year, they were kind enough to remind me about my free PRP treatment. This process was also very smooth as expected.

Post-procedure care and instructions were also very thorough, which made recovery feel smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant. Thank you to the entire team including Dr Huber, Cathy, Eli, Linda, Claire and Sandy for such outstanding service! They really are great at what they do.

Yesterday, I had my one-year follow-up appointment. Here are my takeaways:

Pre-Op:
I was in contact with Danelle via email. She arranged a Zoom consultation with Dr. Jonathan Huber, who thoroughly explained the procedure and answered my questions.

Operation Day:
I received clear instructions by email regarding the dos and don'ts before the procedure. On the day of the operation, the team was friendly, professional, and reassuring—special thanks to Eli, Elena, Tanja and Dr Huber. I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure, not only because of the Valium they gave me (lol), but also because I knew I was in good hands.

Post-Op:
After the procedure, I received daily text messages explaining what to expect during each stage of recovery. This was extremely helpful and reassuring.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Linda, Clair, and Sandy, who truly made the entire experience much less stressful and worry-free.

I’m very happy with my results.
As I say, I just turned a year older, but I look 10 years younger! and yes you can take this slogan for your next ad campaign! lol
