UFP Hair Restoration – Draper

I went into my visit, hoping to feel comfortable, heard, and confident about moving forward, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. The exam rooms felt cold, sterile, and impersonal, which made the visit feel more like an assembly line than a personalized consultation. While the staff was friendly enough, the overall atmosphere left me feeling like just another person waiting for the next step rather than an individual making an important decision about my care. I did not feel valued, reassured during the appointment. The doctor may be skilled and his work may be sufficient, but his bedside manner did not give me the confidence I needed to proceed. For something as personal as plastic surgery, I expected more warmth, attention and connection. Unfortunately, this ended up being an expensive lesson since I will lose my $150 consultation fee.

My experience with Utah Facial Plastics has been great. It has been 6 months since my hair implants and my hair is growing and filling in nicely. The whole staff is so kind and supportive, also very professional. I would never hesitate to recommend them for any of their treatments.
